We started with a genuine love for coffee, but the pursuit of consistent quality led us to research and apply sustainable cultivation through regenerative agriculture and meticulous processes that result in an exceptional cup.

Origin and Passion

New achievements and an ongoing process

A passion for filter coffees led us to compete and achieve 2nd place nationally at Aeropress 2020. We competed, learned, and kept perfecting the cup — mastering roasting, grinding, extraction and cupping.

We manage a wide catalog of varieties, from scientifically precise cultivation to the export logistics of specialty coffees at any scale: from 5 kg to full containers with partners like FedEx (approx. 5 days to the US).

Regenerative Agriculture

Attention to microscopic details

We use high-altitude microorganisms to improve the soil's microbiology and resilience, minimizing the use of chemical fertilizers and growing coffee that is good for the land and for the cup.

Scientific Precision

Every gram, every degree, every second

We measure moisture, density and bean size in every lot. We control roast temperature and time with exact data to ensure a consistent cup, regardless of variety or origin.
